Philadelphia Register of Wills is Now Accepting Virtual Probates!

Good News Everyone, the Register of Wills of Philadelphia Office, which has been shut down since March 16th, will offer virtual operations of both probate and marriage licenses starting Monday, April 13th, 2020. According to the Register, the services will be on an “emergency basis” and will be provided according to the criteria established by the Register of Wills office.

Increases to the Pennsylvania Child Support Guidelines Go into Effect
