Joseph Console is a real estate attorney licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and a founding partner of Console Matison, LLP, based in the Greater Philadelphia region. He has nearly 20 years of legal experience and focuses his practice on real estate, land use, and business law.

Joe’s legal practice covers real estate acquisitions and sales, zoning and land use, investment structuring, title issues, entity formation, probate, and general business law. He represents developers, investors, real estate professionals, and businesses throughout Philadelphia, South Jersey, and the surrounding counties.

In 2011, Joe founded his first law firm, giving him direct experience as a business owner and entrepreneur. That background informs the way he advises clients, focusing on practical outcomes, cost efficiency, and long-term strategy rather than just legal compliance.

Joe has established a strong professional network in the Philadelphia and South Jersey real estate and business communities, regularly working alongside realtors, architects, title agents, mortgage professionals, and municipal officials

Joe is an active member of the Philadelphia and Delaware County Bar Associations. He belongs to the Philadelphia Justinian Society and the National Italian American Foundation, and he is a Legacy Club member of PhillyMan/JerseyMan Magazine. Joe currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Community Arts Center in Wallingford.
