Joseph has been a practicing attorney since 2009.  His focus is on real estate zoning and land use, real estate purchase, sale and investment as well as general business law.  He is skilled in creative solutions to real estate problems, and is a trusted advisor to local developers, realtors, title agents, mortgage brokers and all folks in between.  Licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Mr. Console strives to bring a spirit of collaboration to the work that he does for his clients.  

Mr. Console is a member of the Philadelphia and Delaware County Bar Associations, and the Guy G. deFuria American Inn of Court.  Additionally, he is a Legacy Club member of PhillyMan/Jerseyman Magazine, as well as a proud member of the Philadelphia Justinian Society and the National Italian American Foundation.  

In his spare time, Joseph enjoys fantasizing about international travels with his family, seeing local live music, baking bread and pizza, yoga, and the Philadelphia Eagles.
